White chocolate cheesecake -1

Ingredients:
CRUST
1 1/2 cupChocolate Cookie Crumbs
3 tbspButter -- melted
FILLING
24 ozCream Cheese -- softened
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 tspVanilla
3 Eggs
1/2 lbsWhite Chocolate -- melted
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350f.
2mix crumbs and butter and press onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
3Bake for 10 minutes.
4beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla at medium until well blended.
5Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
6Blend in the white chocolate.
7Pour over crust.
8bake for 35 minutes and turn oven off and let cool in oven for at least an hour.
9Loosen cake from rim of pan and continue cooling.
10Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (best if over night).
11I like to garnish this with dollops of whipped cream and a sprinkling of crushed chcoclate cookies.
