Freezer meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbsGround beef
1/4 lbsGround pork
1/4 cupOnions, minced
1 cupRolled oats
1 1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1/4 cupKetchup
1 Egg, beaten
1 cupMilk
12 ozFrozen mixed vegetables
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients except vegetables; put mixture into a greased 1 ?quart casserole.
2Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
3Seal casserole cover in place with freezer tape.
4Freeze.
5Pour vegetables over loaf and reheat in a 350°F oven until piping hot all the way to the center before serving, about 45 minutes.
66 servings.
7Note: do not add vegetables if meat loaf is to be frozen; add vegetables before reheating.
8Line casserole with foil before adding meatloaf ingredients freeze, remove from casserole, and wrap tightly in foil and freezer paper chuck ozbur
