Dark and dense chocolate mousse

Ingredients:
3/4 cupSweet butter
1 1/2 cupCocoa
1 cupHeavy cream, well-chilled.
6 Eggs, room temperature.
1 1/4 cup10x sugar
3 tbsp10x sugar
2 tbspCognac
1 1/2 tbspStrong coffee
Procedures:
1Melt butter; stir in cocoa until smooth; cool.
2Whip cream in chilled steel or glass bowl until stiff; set aside.
3In a large bowl, beat egg yolks with ?c 10x sugar until light and fluffy.
4Mix in cognac and coffee.
5Set aside.
6Beat the egg whites until foamy.
7Gradually add remaining 10x sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
8Gently fold cocoa mixture (#1) into egg yolk mix (#3).
9*gently* fold in egg whites (#4).
10*gently* fold in whipped cream (#2).
11Spoon into serving bowl.
12Cover and chill overnight.
13Remove from "fridge" about 30 minutes before serving.
