Freezer mix chow mein

Ingredients:
1 packBeef-Mushroom Freezer Mix
1/4 cupWater
1 tbspSoy sauce
2 tspCornstarch
2 tspMolasses
1/4 tspGinger
1 canChinese vegetables, drained
3 cupChow main noodles
3 cupHoot cooked rice
Procedures:
1Dip container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen.
2In 2-quart saucepan, heat frozen mix and water to boiling.
3Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until mix is thawed, about 20 minutes.
4Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, molasses and ginger; stir soy sauce mixture and chinese vegetables into meat mixture.
5Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
6Boil and stir 1 minute.
7Serve over chow mein noodles or hot cooked rice and top with additional soy sauce
