1 Garlic clove, crushed
2 lbsAsparagus
- sliced diagonally
Salt, pepper
Procedures:
1Heat oil in skillet over high heat almost to smoking point.
2Stir in garlic, then add asparagus.
3Cover and shake pan vigorously 3 to 5 minutes.
4Asparagus should be crisp-tender.
