Freezer mix cheeseburger pie

Ingredients:
CRUST
1 cupBiscuit baking mix
1/4 cupMilk, or light cream
MEAT FILLING
3 1/2 cupBrowned/Seasoned Freezer Mix
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
2 tbspBiscuit baking mix
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
TOPPING
2 Tomatoes, sliced, medium
2 Eggs
1 cupCheddar cheese, shreaded
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 375".
2Mix 1 cup baking mix and the milk until a soft dough forms.
3Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth-covered surface; knead 5 times.
4Roll dough 2 inches larger than inverted 9-inch pie pan.
5Ease into pan and flute edge of dough.
6Cook freezer mix in large skillet until meat is brown.
7Drain off fat.
8Stir in salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons baking mix and the worcestershire sauce.
9Turn meat filling into pastry-lined pan.
10Arrange tomato slices on filling.
11Beat eggs slightly; stir in cheese.
12Spoon onto tomatoes, spreading to cover completely.
13Bake about 30 minutes.
14Cut into wedges.
15Serve with chili sauce if you like
