Pisang goreng (sauteed bananas)

Ingredients:
2 eachBanana
4 tbspButter
Procedures:
1Peel bananas and slice lengthwise and then in half crosswise.
2Heat butter in a skillet large enough to hold the bananas in a single layer.
3Place bananas in the skillet cut side down when the margarine is bubbling but not brown.
4Saute until golden, turning once; about two minutes per side.
5Drain on paper towels.
