Rhubarb crunch

Ingredients:
1 cupFlour
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1 tspCinnamon
4 cupRhubarb
1 cupWater
3/4 cupOatmeal
1/2 cupMelted butter
3/4 cupSugar
2 tbspCornstarch
1 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.
2Press half of mixture into 8 x 8 pan.
3Into shell place rhubarb.
4Cook sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla until clear.
5Pour over rhubarb.
6Top with remaining crust.
7Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.
