Ingredients:

| cup | Flour | | 1/2
| cup | Brown sugar | | 1
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 4
| cup | Rhubarb | | 1
| cup | Water | | 3/4
| cup | Oatmeal | | 1/2
| cup | Melted butter | | 3/4
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. | | 2 | Press half of mixture into 8 x 8 pan. | | 3 | Into shell place rhubarb. | | 4 | Cook sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla until clear. | | 5 | Pour over rhubarb. | | 6 | Top with remaining crust. | | 7 | Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour. |
