Ingredients:
5 cupRhubarb diced
1 cupSugar
1 packCake mix white
3 ozRaspberry gelatin
3 cupMarshmallows -- minature
2 Eggs
Water as needed for mix
Procedures:
1Arrange rhubarb in bottom of 9x13 pan.
2Sprinkle with sugar and gelatin.
3Cover with marshmallows.
4Prepare cake mix using 2 eggs and required amount of water.
5Spread batter over the mixture.
6Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes.
7Serve warm with whipped cream.
