Robb's apple pie in a bag

Ingredients:
PIE FILLING
5 Apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cupGranulated sugar
3 tbspAll-purpose flour
1/2 tspCinnamon
1 tbspLemon juice
CRUMB TOPPING
1 cupLight brown sugar
1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
1/8 lbs(?stick) butter
MISCELLANEOUS
1 Unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 Large brown grocery bag
Procedures:
1Combine granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
2Coat sliced apples with sugar mixture.
3Put mixture in unbaked pie crust and sprinkle with lemon juice.
4Combine brown sugar and flour and cut butter into mixture until crumbly.
5Sprinkle over top of apples.
6Place pie pan in large grocery bag.
7Fold over front and pin shut.
8Bake 1 to 1-?hours at 400 °F.
