| cup | Granulated sugar | | 3
| tbsp | All-purpose flour | | 1/2
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | | CRUMB TOPPING | | 1
| cup | Light brown sugar | | 1/2
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 1/8
| lbs | (?stick) butter | | | MISCELLANEOUS | | 1
| | Unbaked 9-inch pie crust | | 1
| | Large brown grocery bag |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon. | | 2 | Coat sliced apples with sugar mixture. | | 3 | Put mixture in unbaked pie crust and sprinkle with lemon juice. | | 4 | Combine brown sugar and flour and cut butter into mixture until crumbly. | | 5 | Sprinkle over top of apples. | | 6 | Place pie pan in large grocery bag. | | 7 | Fold over front and pin shut. | | 8 | Bake 1 to 1-?hours at 400 °F. |
