| 1 | Preheat oven to 350^. |
| 2 | Beat egg whites until stiff. |
| 3 | Beat in ?cup of sugar. |
| 4 | In another bowl, cream margarine; add salt, vanilla, and remaining sugar gradually. |
| 5 | Add egg yolks and beat until creamy. |
| 6 | Sift flour with baking powder. |
| 7 | Add alternately to creamed mixture with milk. |
| 8 | Fold in beaten egg whites. |
| 9 | Coat the blueberries with 1 tablespoon of flour and then fold into mixture. |
| 10 | Turn into 8x8 inch pan. |
| 11 | Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. |
| 12 | Bake in 350^ oven for 50 minutes. |
| 13 | Cool on rack. |
| 14 | Wrap any leftovers and store in refrigerator. |
| 15 | May be frozen. |
