Ingredients:

| pack | Beef-Tomato Freezer Mix | | 2
| tsp | Chili powder | | 1/8
| tsp | Cayenne red pepper | | 1
| dash | Red pepper sauce | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | | SHELLS AND TOPPINGS | | 8
| | Taco shells | | 1
| cup | Shredded Cheddar cheese | | 1
| cup | Shredded lettuce | | 1
| | Large tomato, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dip container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen. | | 2 | In 2-quart saucepan, heat frozen mix and remaining ingredients to boiling. | | 3 | Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until mix is partially thawed, about 15 minutes. | | 4 | Uncover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. | | 5 | While meat filling is simmering, heat taco shells as directed on package. | | 6 | Spoon meat filling into taco shells. | | 7 | Top filling with cheese, lettuce and tomato. | | 8 | If desired, serve with taco sauce |
