| tbsp | Parsley | | 1
| cup | Dry bread soaked in the milk | | 1

| cup | Milk |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine meats, onions and parsley. | | 2 | Add bread, egg, salt & pepper. | | 3 | Chill. | | 4 | Form into small balls and roll in flour. | | 5 | Brown on all sides in fry pan. | | 6 | ~----sauce: 2 tblsp. | | 7 | Butter, 2 tblsp. | | 8 | Flour, 2 cups consomme, parsley,tyme and bay leaf. | | 9 | Melt butter, stir in flour and then add consomme and seasonings. | | 10 | Stir till thickens and add meatballs, simmer for 20 min |
