Ingredients:
1 kgGround pork
3 tspSalt
5 tbspPotato flour
3/4 tspPepper
1/2 tspGround nutmegs
1/4 tspGinger
5 dlMilk
Procedures:
1Ground pork: use a blend of minced fat and lean pork.
2Should contain about 20% fat.
3Milk: should be high in fat.
4Potato flour: i guess corn starch will do just as well.
5Mix the meat with salt until sticky.
6Add flour and spices.
7Add milk, a little a time.
8Be sure the meat gets sticky between each time you add milk.
9The resulting blend should not be too firm.
10Make balls the size of a small child"s fist.
11Fry in a hot frying pan, when the are chestnut brown put them in simmering water or broth.
12Takes about ten minutes to get finished.
