Ingredients:
6 Frog legs -- cleaned
1 smallCan evaporated milk
1 tbspBaking powder
1 cupAll-purpose flour
Salt and pepper -- to taste
(6 to 8)
2 Eggs
2 tbspVinegar
Cayenne pepper -- to taste
Procedures:
1Beat eggs, add evaporated milk, baking powder and vinegar.
2Add salt and peppers and mix well.
3Put frog legs into mixture and marinate for at least 1 hour.
4Remove frog legs and season.
5Dip frog legs into flour, covering completely, then fry in 380°Fat.
6Cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
