| | Red apples, chopped | | 3

| small | Chicken broth | | 1/8
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 1/4
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1/2
| cup | Heavy cream | | 2
| | Egg yolks | | 2
| tsp | Dijon mustard |
