Perogy cilantro soup

Ingredients:
1/2 smallOnion , diced
2 clGarlic , diced
1/3 cupFresh cilantro , diced
1/2 tbspButter , or oil
2 Tomatoes , diced
6 Perogys , 2 of which are
-diced
Dash of tabasco
Procedures:

2Add onion, garlic,
3and cilantro and fry until soft.
4Add tomatos.
5Turn heat down to just below medium.
6Fry some more, for a minute or so, then add 1.5 cups of water.
7Take 2 of the perogys and chop "em up into little bits.
8Add all of
9the perogys to the soup, and a small dash of tobasco.
10Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
