Procedures:
| 1 | Peel, core and dice the pineapple, working over a bowl or slotted cutting board to catch the juice. | | 2 | Pure the pineapple, cucumber, yellow pepper and onion in a blender, working in several batches if necessary, adding enough pineapple juice to obtain a porable consistancy. | | 3 | Add vinegar, chili paste, sugar and salt and pepper to taste. | | 4 | Just before serving, stir the garnish into the gazpacho. | | 5 | Correct the seasoning and serve at once. | | 6 | Nutritional info: 109 cal; 2g pro, 27g carb, .9g fat |
