| cup | Sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Vinegar | | 5

| tbsp | Sherry | | 4
| cup | Cooking oil |
|
Procedures:
| 1 | Cut the ribs between the bones into single pieces. | | 2 | Heat the sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and sherry to a boil. | | 3 | Pour over the ribs and marinate for at least one hour. | | 4 | Heat the oil in a large wok. | | 5 | Add the ribs and fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown. | | 6 | Turn off heat and allow to continue cooking an additional 4 minutes. | | 7 | Remove, drain, and serve. | | 8 | The sweet sauce, what we call honey, is our special touch. | | 9 | The ribs, if prepared perfectly, will be crisp on the outside, sweet and tender on the inside |
