Ingredients:
1 Venison heart
1 medOnion, sliced
1 tspPrepared mustard
1 tspPickling spice
1 tspSalt
3 tspWine vinegar
1 cupRed wine
Flour
2 tspButter
Procedures:
1Split heart in half.
2Remove all vents and ducts.
3Misx onion, mustard, pickling spice, salt, wine vinegar, and wine in large glass bowl.
4Soak heart in marinade overnight.
5Dredge pieces in flour and fry in butter over high heat.
6When both sides are browned reduce heat and continue to cook 5 to 10 minutes longer
