Ingredients:

| large | Fresh peaches | | 2
| cup | Sugar | | 4
| cup | Orange juice | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice | | 3/4
| cup | Apricot brandy |

Procedures:
| 1 | Peel the fresh peaches, cut into halves, and remove pits. | | 2 | Then cut into small cubes (or use 8 canned-peach halves). | | 3 | Add sugar and stir well. | | 4 | Add orange and lemon juice, stir, then add ?cup of the apricot brandy. | | 5 | Mix all ingredients well and freeze. | | 6 | Serve with 1 tablespoon of apricot brandy floated on top. | | 7 | (or use more of the liqueur if you wish) |
