Neapolitan delight

Ingredients:
-JUDI M. PHELPS (G.PHELPS1)
4 largeFresh peaches
2 cupSugar
4 cupOrange juice
1/4 cupLemon juice
3/4 cupApricot brandy
Procedures:
1Peel the fresh peaches, cut into halves, and remove pits.
2Then cut into small cubes (or use 8 canned-peach halves).
3Add sugar and stir well.
4Add orange and lemon juice, stir, then add ?cup of the apricot brandy.
5Mix all ingredients well and freeze.
6Serve with 1 tablespoon of apricot brandy floated on top.
7(or use more of the liqueur if you wish)
