| | Lg. Onion, Chopped | | 1
| | Med. Green Pepper, Chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Cooking Oil | | 1
| | Slice Whole Wheat Bread | | 1
| cup | Milk | | 2
| | Large Eggs | | 1
| | Lg. Apple, Chopped | | 1
| cup | Chopped Dried Apricots | | 2
| tbsp | Curry Powder | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | | Curry Condiments |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook onion and green pepper in oil in large frying-pan until onion is transparent. | | 2 | Add ground beef and brown lightly. | | 3 | Pour off drippings. | | 4 | Soak bread in milk. | | 5 | Add eggs, apple, apricots, curry powder, salt and pepper to beef. | | 6 | Add bread and milk. | | 7 | Mix well. | | 8 | Place in 2-qt oven-proof casserole; bake in a moderate oven (350 °F). | | 9 | For 45 minutes. | | 10 | Serve with curry condiments such as chutney, raisins, shredded coconut and sunflower seeds |
