Ingredients:
20 ozBeef Broth
2 1 Lb Cans Red Beets
1 cupWater
1 tbspLemon Juice
1 tspSugar
1/8 tspPepper
Ds Garlic Powder
Salt To Taste
1/2 cupRed Table Wine
Procedures:
1Patties dilute the broth using the juice from the red beets instead of water.
2Put aside the beets for other uses.
3Add 1 cup water.
4Cook the barshch for 5 minutes.
5Season.
6Add wine.
