| oz | Frozen Italian mixed | | | Vegetables | | 2
| can | Water | | 2
| cup | Shredded cabbage | | | Grated Parmesan cheese | | 1
| can | Condenced tomato soup | | 1
| tsp | Dried basil | | 1/2
| cup | Uncooked elbow macaroni |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a soup pot, cook beef until well browned. | | 2 | Drain off fat. | | 3 | Stir in frozen vegetables, undiluted soup, water and basil. | | 4 | Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. | | 5 | Simmer 15 minutes. | | 6 | Stir in cabbage and elbow macaroni. | | 7 | Cook until tender. | | 8 | Sprinkle with grated cheese. | | 9 | Serves 6. |
