Ingredients:

| pack | Instant chicken broth | | 1 1/2
| cup | Sliced carrots | | 1/2
| cup | Sliced celery | | 2
| tsp | Dehydrated onion flakes | | 1/2
| cup | Evaporated skim milk | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 1/8
| tsp | Thyme | | | Freshly ground black pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a medium saucepan, heat water and broth mix, carrots, celery and onions to boiling. | | 2 | Reduce heat; cover and simmer until carrots are tender. | | 3 | Place in blender container and process at medium speed until smooth. | | 4 | Return to saucepan; stir in milk and additional water; heat. | | 5 | Sprinkle top with thyme and pepper |
