Ingredients:

1 lbsCod fillets, frozen *
1 tbspButter
1/2 cupOnion, finely chopped
10 ozCream of celery soup
14 ozClam chowder
1 cupMilk
1/2 cupWater
Parsley, chopped
Procedures:
1Partially thaw fish.
2Cut in 1 inch (2 cm) pieces.
3Saut?onion in butter until translucent.
4Stir in soups, milk and water.
5Slowly bring to a boil.
6Add fish and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until flesh is opaque and flakes easily.
7Sprinkle with parsley.
