Ingredients:
4 tbspOlive oil
2 largeOnions, sliced
2 medCarrots, sliced
6 clGarlic, minced
2 medZucchini, sliced
3 cupChicken stock
28 ozTomatoes, canned, with juice
1/4 tspRed pepper flakes
1/2 canFettucine, uncooked
1 tspThyme
1 tspBasil
1/2 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Recipe by: nathalie dupree preparation time: 0:45 in dutch oven, heat olive oil and saute onions and garlic.
2Add carrots and zucchini and cook covered 8-10 minutes on low.
3Add stock, tomatoes, pepper flakes and simmer ?hour.
4Stir in seasonings and pasta, return to a low boil and cook 10-12 minutes, until pasta is done.
