Orange carmel custard

Ingredients:
1 cupSugar
1/4 cupWater
2 cupMilk
2 gramsEgg yolks
1 tspOrange flavored liqueur
1 Orange peeled with all
White removed
Rind of 1 orange
3 Whole eggs
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350.
2Combine ?c sugar and water, bring to boil in saucepan and cook without stirring until mixture is dark amber color.
3Quickly pour into 6 custard cups.
4Set aside to cool.
5Slowly bring milk, cinnamon stick and orange rind to boil in saucepan.
6Remove from heat and let stand 10 min. when cool, remove the cinnamon stick and orange rind.
7Beat eggs, egg ylks, remianin ?cup sugar and liqueur.
8Whisk into milk and ix well;strain.
9spoon into cups.
10Cover each with piece of foil.
11Place in baking pan with enough water to come ?way up cups.
12Bake 30 minutes until tester comes out clean.
13Cool on rack.
14Unmold onto dessert plates.
15Garnish with orange slices.
