Ingredients:
| 1/2
| lbs | Cooked shrimp , tiny, cooked | | 1/2
| lbs | Mushrooms , sliced | | 1
| med | Onion , chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Margarine | | 1/4
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 2
| cup | Clam broth | | 1/2
| cup | Dry white wine | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Thyme | | 1/2
| tsp | Dill weed | | 1/4
| tsp | Mace , or nutmeg | | 1/2
| cup | Whipping cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: my great recipes preparation time: 0:30 purhcase cleaned, shelled shrimp, or rinse frozen shrimp under cold water to remove frost. | | 2 | Drain well. | | 3 | saute mushrooms and onion in margarine for 2 minutes, or until onion is | | 4 | tender. | | 5 | Stir in flour. | | 6 | Cook 1 minute over medium heat. | | 7 | stir in broth, juice or stock. | | 8 | add the wine, if used, and bring to a boil. | | 9 | Add salt, thyme, dillw eed | | 10 | and mace or nutmeg. | | 11 | Mix well. | | 12 | add shrimp. | | 13 | Cook until heated through. | | 14 | Stir in cream just before serving. | | 15 | Heat, but do not boil. | | 16 | garnish soup if desired, with a few thin slices of uncooked mushroom and a small sprig of fresh parsley or dill, if available. |
