Ingredients:

| lbs | Coarse ground chili meat | | 1
| tbsp | Onion salt | | 2
| tbsp | Garlic powder | | 3
| tbsp | Chili powder | | 2
| tbsp | Ground Cumin | | 3
| tbsp | Tabasco sauce | | 15
| oz | Can Tomato Sauce | | 15
| oz | Water | | | OPTIONAL - - | | 15
| oz | Can Whole Tomatoes, drained | | 1/2
| tbsp | Cornstarch |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brown chili meat, then pour off fat/grease. | | 2 | Run hot water over meat to remove additional grease. | | 3 | (using a strainer or seive helps) add remaining ingredients. | | 4 | Bring to boil, stirring. | | 5 | Reduce heat and simmer 1 ?hours covered. | | 6 | If whole tomatoes were added, chop as they cook. | | 7 | Add the cornstarch during the last ?hour to thicken the liquid if needed. | | 8 | Serve with saltine crackers. | | 9 | Enjoy! - jeff duke |
