| cup | Instant mashed potatoes | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/4
| tsp | Poultry seasoning | | 1
| | Egg, slightly beaten (I use | | | -Egg Beaters) | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice | | | Boneless chicken breasts |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix the first 4 ingredients in a plastic bag. | | 2 | Mix the lemon juice and egg together. | | 3 | Dip breasts in lemon/egg mixture. | | 4 | Then shake in bag. | | 5 | (do one or two at a time). | | 6 | Put the chicken in a baking dish and bake at 375 °F for about 45 minutes. | | 7 | our whole family loves it |
