Ingredients:
| 2 1/4
| cup | Water | | 2 1/4
| cup | Dry rice | | 1 1/2
| lbs | Boned chicken breasts, split | | 1
| med | Onion, sliced | | 2
| tbsp | Butter or margarine | | 10 1/2
| oz | Can condensed cream of | | | -chicken soup | | 8
| oz | Can stewed tomatoes | | 2
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/2
| cup | Sour cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. | | 2 | Stir in rice. | | 3 | Cover; remove from heat. | | 4 | Let stand 5 minutes. | | 5 | meanwhile, cook chicken and onion in hot butter in a skillet until chicken is lightly browned and onion is tender. | | 6 | Remove from skillet and set aside. | | 7 | Stir soup, tomatoes and paprika into skillet bring to a boil. | | 8 | Return chicken and onion to skillet. | | 9 | Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. | | 10 | Stir in sour cream and heat through. | | 11 | Serve over cooked rice. | | 12 | makes 6 servings. |
