Ginger flank steak

Ingredients:
1 tbspMinced gingeroot
3 Cloves garlic, crushed
Pepper
1 lbsFlank steak
1/4 cupSherry
1/4 cupLight soy sauce
Procedures:
1Press ginger, garlic and pepper to taste into both sides of steak; place in shallow casserole or plastic bag.
2Combine sherry and soy sauce; pour over meat.
3Cover or close bag and refrigerate overnight.
4Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade.
5Place meat on broiler pan and brush with marinade.
6Broil 2 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until browned.
7Turn, baste with marinate and broil for 2 to 3 minutes longer or until desired doneness.
8Slice steak diagonally across the grain in very thin slices.
9Make about 4 servings.
