Ingredients:
2 lbsGround Turkey
3 sliceStale Bread, pulled into
-crumbs
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 medOnion, minced
1/4 cupGreen Pepper, minced
2 tbspPrepared Horseradish
2 tspSalt
1 tspDry Mustard
1/4 cupEvaporated Milk
3/4 cupCatsup
Procedures:
1Lightly mix all ingredients except ?cup of the catsup.
2Mold in a 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan.
3Spread top with remaining ?cup catsup.
4Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 1 ?hours.
5Pour juices from pan.
6Unmold loaf onto a heated platter.
7If desired, use juices to make gravy.
