| med | Onion, minced | | 1/4
| cup | Green Pepper, minced | | 2
| tbsp | Prepared Horseradish | | 2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tsp | Dry Mustard | | 1/4
| cup | Evaporated Milk | | 3/4
| cup | Catsup |

Procedures:
| 1 | Lightly mix all ingredients except ?cup of the catsup. | | 2 | Mold in a 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan. | | 3 | Spread top with remaining ?cup catsup. | | 4 | Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 1 ?hours. | | 5 | Pour juices from pan. | | 6 | Unmold loaf onto a heated platter. | | 7 | If desired, use juices to make gravy. |
