Ingredients:
1 cupRaw wild rice
1 canCr. of chicken soup
1 canCr. of mushrooms soup
1 canMushrooms
2 1/2 cupWater
Water chestnuts
2 Pheasants, cut up, flour and
Brown.
1 packInstant onion soup mix
Procedures:
1Mix rice, canned soup, water, mushrooms and water chestnuts in 9x13" glass casserole.
2Add pheasant.
3Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
4Cover lightly with foil.
5Bake 2 - 2 ?hours at 300 degrees.
