Ingredients:

| | 20 oz can sliced pineapple | | 5
| large | Half chicken breasts | | 2
| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1 1/2
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 1/2
| cup | Sliced green onion | | 1
| tsp | Dill weed, crumbled | | 5
| | English | | | -muffins, split, toasted | | 1 1/2
| cup | Shredded Cheddar cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Drain pineapple. | | 2 | Skin and bone chicken; cut each in half and pound flat. | | 3 | Saute in butter until golden; sprinkle with salt. | | 4 | Combine mayonnaise, onion and dill weed. | | 5 | Spread ?mixture over muffins. | | 6 | Place one piece chicken on each half. | | 7 | Top each with pineapple. | | 8 | Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture over top. | | 9 | Sprinkle with cheese. | | 10 | Broil about 4" from heat for 3 to 4 minutes until bubbly and browned. | | 11 | makes 10 servings. |
