Pineapple -chicken teriyaki

Ingredients:
1 lbsCan of pineapple slices
1/2 cupSoy sauce
1 tbspMolasses
2 tbspBrown sugar
1/4 cupCooking oil
2 tbspCider vinegar
1 Small clove of garlic
1/4 cupSauterne
5 Chicken breasts (boneless)
Procedures:
1Drain the pineapple and reserve ?cup syrup.
2Mix the reserved syrup, soy sauce, molasses, brown sugar, oil, vinegar, garlic and sauterne.
3Bone and skin the chicken breasts and place in a shallow dish.
4Add the pineapple.
5Pour molasses mixture over chicken mixture and cover.
6Marinate in refrigerator for several hours.
7Drain and reserve marinade.
8Grill chicken over hot coals., turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade, until tender and browned.
9Grill pineapple on both sides and serve 2 slices with each chicken breasts.
