Ingredients:
1 tbspFresh ginger, coarsely grate
1 tbspFresh basil, chopped -or-
1 tspDried basil
3/4 cupDry red wine
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 Cl Garlic, minced (or ?ts
1 tbspBrown sugar
4 Boneless skinless chicken br
2 tbspVegetable oil
Procedures:
1Combine ginger, basil, wine, soy sauce, garlic, and brown sugar.
2Heat oil in large skillet;chicken on both side until golden brown, about 8 minutes total.
3Spoon ginger mixture over chicken, reduce heat to simmer, and cover skillet.
4Cook about 4 minutes longer, turning once.
