Ingredients:

| cup | Diced cooked turkey | | 1/3
| cup | Purchased cranberry-orange | | 1/2
| cup | Sliced green onions | | | Relish | | 1/3
| cup | Sour cream | | 1/4
| cup | Chopped shelled pistachios | | 2
| tbsp | Dijon mustard |

Procedures:
| 1 | Food processor directions line small bowl or decorative mold with plastic wrap. | | 2 | In processor bowl with metal blade, combine turkey, onions, sour cream and mustard; process until mixture is well blended and smooth. | | 3 | Add relish; process about 30 seconds or just until combined. | | 4 | Spoon into lined bowl; press gently. | | 5 | Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. | | 6 | Unmold on serving plate; remove plastic wrap. | | 7 | Sprinkle with nuts and gently press into pate. | | 8 | Serve with crackers |
