New england turkey chowder

Ingredients:
1 cupCelery -- finely chopped
1/2 cupOnion -- finely chopped
1 tbspMargarine
2 cupTurkey broth or low sodium
Chicken broth
2 1/2 cupPotatos, peeled -- in ?/td>

1 tspSalt
1/4 tspWhite pepper
1 dashCayenne pepper
2 cupCooked turkey -- in ?"
Cubes
2 cupSkim milk
1/4 cupCornstarch
Procedures:
1In 5 quart saucepan, over medium high heat, saute celery and onions in margirine 2 t0 3 minutes, or untsil vegtables are tender crisp.
2Add broth, potatoes, salt, pepper; bring to a boil.
3Reduce heat to low.
4Once mixture is at a simmer cover and cook mixture 8 to 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
5Stir in turkey.
6In a medium bowl, gradually add milk to cornstarch.
7Stir mixture into soup.increase heat to medium.
8Cook 6 to 8 minutes, or until mixture thickens.
