Apricot dressing for turkey

Ingredients:
1 cupDried apricots, snipped
1 1/2 cupWater or chicken stock
1 cupChopped celery
1/4 cupChopped walnuts or pine nuts
12 sliceBread, dry, cut small cubes
Procedures:
1Bring the apricots and water (or chicken or turkey stock) just to a boil in a saucepan.
2Let stand for 10 minutes.
3Add the celery, nuts and bread.
4Toss lightly to moisten the bread and blend the ingredients.
5Spoon into an oiled baking dish with a cover.
6Bake in 350°F oven for about 40 minutes.
7Remove the cover the last 10 minutes of baking to brown the top of the dressing.
