Ingredients:
3 lbsBeef, chuck or round bone
1 lbsPork, shoulder or tendeloin
4 largeOnions, sliced
3 quartSauerkraut
3 tbspPaprika
1/2 pintSour cream
Procedures:
1Cut meat in cubes.
2Saute onions in small amount of oil.
3Remove from flame; add paprika.
4Stir briskly to keep from burning.
5Add meat; braise slowly, covered, about 1-?hours.
6Add sauerkraut; cook ?hour longer; stir in sour cream.
7Boiled potatoes, polenta, or dumplings are good companions to serve with this.
