Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1/4 cupSugar
1/4 cupSoft margarine
2 1/2 cupFlour
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspGround cinnamon
1/4 tspGround nutmeg
1/8 tspGround cloves
1/4 cupHoney
1 cupCold strong coffee
1 Ripe banana, mashed
Procedures:
1Beat the eggs until thck.
2Ad the sugar gradually.
3Beat in the margarine.
4Stir the flour, baking powder, soda, and spices together.
5Add gradually to the creamed mixture with the honey and the coffee.
6Beat until combined.
7Add the banana.
8Pour the batter into a lightly oiled and floured 10 inch tube pan or two 9 inch loaf pans.
9Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
10Remove fro mthe oven and cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before removing frm the pan.
11Cool thoroughly before slicing.
