Ingredients:

| large | Eggs, lightly beaten | | 2
| lbs | Ground chuck | | 1
| lbs | Bulk sausage meat | | 1/2
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tbsp | Black pepper | | 1/2
| tbsp | Garlic powder | | 1/4
| tbsp | Onion powder | | 1
| cup | Rolled oats | | 1 1/2
| cup | Hunt's ketchup |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat the oven to 375°F. | | 2 | Combine all the ingredients except ?cup of the ketchup in a large mixing bowl. | | 3 | Mix well and shape into a nice, even loaf. | | 4 | Place the loaf in a shallow baking dish and top with the remaining ketchup. | | 5 | Bake for 90 minutes or until well-done |
