Ingredients:
1/4 cupPeanut butter
2 tbspChopped peanuts
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspMinced onions
1 tbspMinced parsley
1 Clove garlic -- crushed
Several drops of red pepper 10 ?oz Can chicken broth
Sauce
1/8 tspGround ginger
4 Whole chicken breasts --
Skinned & boned
2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspHoney
1 tbspMelted butter
1 tbspCornstarch
Procedures:
1Mix peanut butter, peanuts, 2 tbs.
2Soy sauce, onion, parsley, garlic, pepper sauce, and ginger.
3Spread on inside of each chicken breast.
4Fold in half; close with small skewer or a toothpick.
5Place in slow-cooking pot.
6Mix remaining 2 tbs.
7Soy sauce with honey, butter, and broth; pour over chicken.
8Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
9Remove chicken from pot.
10Turn control to high.
11Dissolve cornstarch in small amount of cols water; stir into sauce.
12Cook on high for about 15 minutes.
