Ingredients:
1 cupAll-purpose flour
1 cupYellow corn meal
1/3 tspSalt
3/4 cupSugar
4 tspBaking powder
2 Eggs
1/2 cupMelted margarine
1 cup2 % skim milk
1 tspOrange extract
1 canEconomy mandarin orange
Slices
Procedures:
1Grease an 8x8x2 inch pan.
2Mix together well, stirring so that orange slices preak apart.
3Pour mixture into pan.
4Bake at 425 °F for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
