Ingredients:
2 cupCorn bread crumbs
1/2 cupFinely chopped onion
1/2 cupChopped celery
1 tbspDried parsley flakes
1/2 tspDried thyme
1/4 cupWater or chicken broth
Procedures:
1Suggestion: use a cornbread recipe made just with cornmeal or using rice flour for a no gluten recipe.
2mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
3Stuff into poultry or transfer to a lightly oiled casserole.
4Bake in 350°F oven for 15 minutes if not used as a stuffing.
5Stuff 2 cornish hens or 3 pound chicken.
