Ingredients:

| tbsp | Unflavored gelatin | | 1/2
| cup | Cold water | | 1/2
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1/4
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1/4
| tsp | Orange extract (optional) | | 20
| oz | Can unsweetened cr.pineapple |

Procedures:
| 1 | Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl and allow 5 minutes to soften. | | 2 | Dissolve over hot water. | | 3 | mix remaining ingredients in blender until smooth. | | 4 | Add gelatin mixture and whip until blended. | | 5 | Pour into 3 cup mold and refrigerate until set. | | 6 | Garnish with whipped topping. |
