Raisin bars (no sugar)

Ingredients:
1 cupRaisins (dark or golden)
1/2 cupUnsweetened apple juice
1 cupWhole wheat flour
1/2 tspBaking soda
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspGround cinnamon
1/4 tspGround nutmeg
1/4 tspGround cloves
1 Egg
2 tbspVegetable oil
Grated orange rind
Procedures:
1In a saucepan combine the raisins and the apple juice.
2Bring to a boil an cool.
3Meanwhile, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, egg and vegetable oil together.
4Ad the raisin mixture and blend thoroughly.
5Spread the mixture into a lightly oiled 8 inch square pan.
6Sprinkle on the grated orange rind.
7Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
8Cool in the pan on a wire rack and cut into bars.
