Ingredients:
1 15-ox box raisin bran
5 cupAll-purpose flour
1 1/2 cupSugar
1 1/2 cupBrown sugar
5 tspBaking soda
1 tbspPumpkin spice
2 tspSalt
4 Eggs, beaten
1 cupMelted shortening or
-margarine or
1 cupVegetable oil
2 tspVanilla
1 quartButtermilk
Procedures:
1Mix al ingredients thoroughly.
2Store in refrigerator in tightly sealed jar.
3Bake as needed in lightly greased muffin pan for 20- 30 minutes at 425 degrees.
